Ever tried to give a massage and your hands started cramping after two minutes? I’ve got you!

I’m offering guided massage sessions where I come to your home to help you and a partner (or just you!) relax. I’ll show you the pro techniques and positions so you can provide relief without the burnout.💆

Where: Your living room, your bed, your yoga mat—wherever you're comfortable.

What: A mix of relaxation, tension relief, and learning a new skill together.

Who: You + your favorite person.

It’s all about relaxing in your own space, learning a new skill, and having a bit of fun. ✨

Hello everyone! I’m taking a moment to reintroduce myself to my new and existing clients and followers!

My name is Pakou, and I am proud to be a dedicated massage therapist with Spalon Montage – Woodbury for the past 9 years. I specialize in therapeutic massage, backed by a Certification in Massage Therapy and an AAS degree in Clinical Sports Massage.

My mission is rooted in the belief that everyone is entitled to whole-person wellness; restoring the natural balance of the body, mind, and spirit.

While therapeutic bodywork remains a deep passion, I have recently expanded my scope of practice to include birth work. Having always felt a strong calling towards supporting new life (which explains my love for prenatal massage!), I am now also a Birth Doula for over a year now and embrace this new journey fully.

A Few Personal Notes

When I’m not supporting clients, I am focused on my family:
- I am happily married with four beautiful children.
- My family is large! I have 10 siblings, 6 half siblings, and many step siblings.
- I’ve called Minnesota home my entire life.
- My favorite way to relax is swimming.
- Halloween is my favorite time of the year.

I look forward to continuing to serve you in the pursuit of wellness.

I've been so busy I haven't had the chance to announce my return to the salon at the beginning of the month. So here's that announcement!!

I'M BACK!!

My regular hours at work are almost all booked out for the month! Most have been booked while I was on leave and when I came back and saw my books, I definitely felt the love! You are all amazing and I can't explain how appreciative I am of all of you. 🩷

Because I have little availability left, I decided to open my schedule up earlier for the rest of the month! Starting today until the 1st of August, my schedule is opened from 10am Monday through Thursday, and 9am on Fridays.

The time is here and I made it to my due date while still working to give you all the best massage that I could before going on leave. I am truly grateful for each and everyone of you and for all the generous gifts, encouraging words, prayers, and for keeping me in your thoughts. YOU ARE ALL AMAZING! I will be taking a few months off and will update when I return back to the salon. In the meantime, I hope you all have a great spring and I will see you soon!
