A note from our family:
This story was written and shared before the heaviness many of us are feeling right now in Minnesota. And yet, reading it again today, one thing feels especially true:
Community matters most when things feel uncertain, divided, or heavy.
This past year reminded us how fragile life can be, and how powerful it is when people show up for one another. Neighbors. Friends. Strangers. Small acts of care that quietly hold us together when the bigger picture feels overwhelming.
If you’re feeling unsettled, anxious, or worn down right now, you’re not alone. It’s okay to slow down. It’s okay to lean on one another. It’s okay to focus on what’s right in front of you: your people, your body, your next small step.
May we keep choosing care.
May we keep choosing connection.
May we keep lending a hand, especially now.
Holding Minnesota, our community, and all who are hurting in our hearts today. 💙
