We are excited to recognize Adijah as our Employee of the Month! Adijah truly embodies what it means to care with heart. What she enjoys most about her role is working closely with our residents and building meaningful, lasting relationships. She approaches each day by treating our residents like her own grandparents, always making sure they receive the best experience possible.
One of Adijah’s favorite memories at work is hosting movie nights with the residents seeing the smiles on everyone’s faces is what makes her day. Originally from Saint Paul, Minnesota, Adijah enjoys spending her time outside of work with her kids. A fun fact about her? She loves to laugh and make jokes, always finding ways to bring a smile to those around her.
Adijah truly loves our residents, their families, and her coworkers. She consistently puts in the hard work each day to help make others happy, and we are so grateful to have her as part of our team. Congratulations, Adijah, and thank you for all that you do!
