On world cancer day, we are united unigue. As a two time cancer survivor of Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma - the most aggressive type, and now considered cured, I can relate to the importance of understanding that every cancer experience is unigue.

Cancer connects millions of people around the world — but no two cancer experiences are the same.

The phrase is a reminder that we’re united in the global fight against cancer, while each person’s journey is unique — shaped by their body, diagnosis, culture, access to care, family, emotions, and life circumstances.
