This week is Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy awareness week. Family Achievement Center started because of a very special person who had Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Anthony! Anthony is the son of Tom Hoel, our owner & founder, and is the inspiration behind all of the work we do!

It’s Feeding Tube Awareness Week! Nearly 200,000 kids in the US are fed via a tube. Feeding tubes, whether temporary or permanent, can give children that need them the nutrients they need to grow, develop & thrive!

With the recent challenges Minnesota is facing around ICE operations, many individuals and families in our community are struggling. Family Achievement Center is hosting a donation drive to support Source Minnesota, a Minneapolis-based nonprofit serving at-risk and hard-to-reach individuals and families.

Leveraging a holistic view of the child’s care team, our services extend to all vested parties. Family Achievement Center employees work one-on-one with children who face challenges with courage and resilience. At the same time, we partner with parents and caregivers to promote empowerment.
