We are so excited to announce that S2L Recovery has made our first hire for the future WOMENS program. Let us present to you The Executive Director Mrs Sarah Keel!!!

Sarah was rescued by Jesus Christ in a jail cell in 2007 from a life of rebellion and addiction. After meeting her husband in AmeriCorps in 2008 and starting a family, the Lord began opening doors for her to help those just like her.

Sarah has been working in the addiction recovery field since 2010, beginning as an intern at TASC (Treatment Accountability for Safer Communities) in North Carolina to working with at-risk youth in New Mexico. Later in her career, she was the High Risk Educator for Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare, working in crisis stabilization, detox, and jails.

She has also worked for the TN Department of Children’s Services and the TN Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services as the Regional Faith-Based Community Coordinator for East TN.

For the last 5 years, Sarah has been serving as the Founding Executive Director of Renew Clinic, which provides Christ-centered and clinically-informed addiction treatment.

Sarah has obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and her Masters of Global Apologetics from Colorado Christian University. She is also a certified recovery coach and transformational leadership trainer.

We praise the Lord for leading such talented individuals to S2L ! Help us in welcoming Sarah!!!

Representatives from 50 churches, 23 pastors, 12 executive directors, and 21 different ministries attended..

A special thanks our friend and brother in Christ Chuck Arnett. His “yes” to God, has led him to share the gospel around the world, be a part of the World Outreach leadership team and now bring a biblical word of comfort, wisdom & encouragement to the service recipients at S2L Recovery’s Freedom Forge.
