At Woodbury Senior Living, we were reminded this Veterans Day that giving someone the space to share their story can be one of the most meaningful gifts of all.

Christine, our beloved ♥️ super star 🌟 Marketing Director at the Woodbury Senior Living campus, brought in Sadie her pet tortoise 🐢 "show & tell" for our residents. Everyone had a wonderful time getting to know & learn so much about Sadie 🐢
Did you know that when you call Sadie's name she will turn & look at who is calling her & would crawl towards that person. Wow! Sadie is a smart tortoise 🐢

This week, HCC and Villa residents enjoyed another fantastic visit from Creature Features.
Residents had the chance to meet an African Grey parrot, a bearded dragon, a blue-tongued skink, ducks, and even a sweet bunny. They loved learning fun facts about each animal and getting up close for a hands-on experience.
Moments like these truly highlight the amazing activity opportunities our residents enjoy at Woodbury Senior Living.
