How familiar are you with the act of surrender?

Have you ever fully surrendered?

The first time I gave in completely to the power of surrender it was not a choice.

It came organically from a place of complete brokenness.

That is not a place I would like to see anyone reach.

At the time I wasn’t even aware that I had surrendered. I was just trying to make it through the day one moment at a time.

My pain was so intense that I couldn’t focus on anything else, but I had no choice because I had a life, children, and responsibilities that I couldn’t disappear from.

Disappearing seamed like the only desirable option.

It was in that place of desperation, of just wanting to let go of the pain, wanting to let go of the responsibility of holding it all together, that I finally succumbed to surrender.

I’m not sure how long I was there before I began to recognize the flow that shows up when you let go and let the universe take over.

I didn’t have the strength or the will power to fight for control anymore.

My perfectionist nature could no longer hold the reigns.

I was unaware up until that point what beauty lied on the other side.

I didn’t know that all along there was no reason to fight through each day and that all along I was being protected.

The universe had always had my back.

It was me that was creating all the roadblocks.

My attempts to stay in control and protect myself were the very things that kept me from finding the inner peace I craved.

Once I finally let go and let the universe take over, every thing I needed to heal miraculously landed in front of me.

I just needed to brave enough to step into what showed up.

That is when my healing journey really began.

When you have a traumatic background, letting go of control of anything can feel overwhelming and scary but if you give it a chance and trust the process, you may just be amazed at the miracles that show up for you.

Just Breathe…

Today, I locked the door behind me on the office space,on the third floor, for the last time.

It is with gratitude and love that I leave behind this little space for someone else to enjoy and make their own.

I want to thank everyone,who has ever walked up those steps for coaching, an energy session, a workshop, or a group. There were so many magical moments there, and it was always an honor to serve you!

The space has an amazing energy of its own. Created not just by me, but also by my predecessors, Judy Dingler NJ Spirituality, and Lisa Hopp, who also created magical moments there and left behind some of their beautiful energy.
Whoever moves in next will be sure to feel it.

I’m not going far. I’m moving into a much larger space on the second floor. I will share pics later. It is still very much a work in progress.

Some of you already know I stopped doing group work after Covid when I redecorated the office to make it cozier for 1:1 sessions.
I’m happy to announce that I will be bringing back workshops and groups.
As much as I enjoy 1:1 sessions, I have deeply missed the group energy.
