Don’t skip your workouts. Short on time and have a workout scheduled in for today. Try a full body HIIT workout. It’s full body fast and you will get your heart rate up and tire out those muscles. Not ready for the heavy weights not a problem. Do body weight and work your way up to lighter weights when appropriate. Any questions don’t hesitate to message me. Have fun. Get moving!

Excited to announce I am officially Power Pilates Mat II Certified!💥

Im so grateful to have finished another Power Pilates Mat certification. I met so many wonderful people and had the pleasure of learning with the kind and knowledgable Amy Hirsch from Presicion Pilates in Nesconset Long Island.

These 16 hour certification weekends are always challenging but also always rewarding. I can’t wait to share all the new exercises with my clients. And to continue to learn this transformative and brilliant method called Pilates. So grateful to be on this journey with all of you 💫✨🌟
