The C7 vertebra, also known as the vertebra prominens, is the last cervical vertebra—and it plays a BIG role in your spinal health.

Key Facts About C7:
✅ It’s the most prominent bone at the base of your neck
✅ Connects the flexible neck (cervical spine) to the stronger upper back (thoracic spine)

What Happens When C7 is Misaligned?
