Back to School Tips for Your Children's Oral Health

* Pick up a fresh, new toothbrush.
* Send them to school with plenty of water.
* Choose tooth-friendly snacks, such as baby carrots and cheese.
* Remind your child to brush before school and after dinner.
* Pack a floss-holder for your little one to bring on the go.
* Ensure your child has had their back-to-school dental cleaning.
* If your child plays a sport, fit them for a mouth guard.
