I've been having bouts of the dizzies and higher sensitivity in my ears this week with some cold symptoms. Ariel brought me to the Dr this morning to see if i had a double ear infection. Nope, it's vertigo!

This is the first video I found about the exercises and found it informative & intrigued to share with ya'll for a tidbit of knowledge 😉

I just received an email today informing me that the Women's Health myofascial class in April has been canceled 😞
My only chance to take it now is next week! This has been my goal since the end of 2021. I had to take 3 prerequisite classes in order to take this class. I was able to complete them in 2022. There are SO MANY benefits to Myofascial Release that I can't wait to help everyone that walks through my door in some way or another. Here is a "list" of some of the things that I will be able to help with upon completion of the Women's Health seminar:
