If you’re walking around with your shoulders up to your ears this is your reminder to relax.

Photo 1: the line on the left is where I had already worked for 15 mins.

The line on the right is the shoulder that has not been touched.

Hey everyone, I want to take a moment to talk about something that’s been gaining a lot of attention—and for good reason—CBD and its benefits for pain relief.

For those who may not know, CBD is a natural compound found in h**p that’s been shown to help reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, and support overall wellness without the high that comes with THC. It’s becoming a powerful alternative for people who are tired of relying on pain pills, which often come with serious side effects and, unfortunately, a risk of addiction.

I understand that some people are still hesitant to try CBD. That’s completely valid—there’s been a lot of confusion and stigma around it for years. But the truth is, high-quality, properly formulated CBD is non-intoxicating, safe, and increasingly backed by science.

I’m so passionate about this because I’ve seen firsthand how pain can affect every part of your life. That’s why I’m excited to share that I’m currently developing my own line of CBD products specifically for my clients. These will be clean, effective, and made with your comfort and wellness in mind—and they’ll be available very soon!

So if you’ve been curious or on the fence, stay tuned. Relief might be closer—and safer—than you think.

Why You Might Feel Sore After a Massage and What You Can Do About It

Why It Happens:
• Muscle Work: Massages, especially the deeper ones, can work out muscle knots and small tears in the muscle, which can leave you feeling sore.
• Body’s Reaction: Your body might respond to the massage with a bit of inflammation, which is a natural part of the healing process but can make you feel achy.
• Toxin Release: As the massage helps release built-up toxins and waste from your muscles, that process can sometimes lead to temporary soreness.
• Getting Used to It: If your muscles aren’t used to being worked in that way, they might need some time to adjust, which can cause discomfort.
• Like a Workout: Just like after exercising, you might feel sore a day or two later due to delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).

How to Feel Better:
• Drink Water: Staying hydrated helps your body flush out toxins and recover faster.
• Take It Easy: Give yourself a break and avoid overdoing it right after a massage.
• Stretch a Bit: Gentle stretching can help loosen things up and improve blood flow.
• Hot or Cold Packs: Use heat to relax muscles or cold to reduce inflammation, depending on what feels best.
• Talk to Your Therapist: If it hurts too much during the massage, speak up—your therapist can adjust the pressure.
• Go Lighter Next Time: If you’re sensitive, try a gentler massage style like Swedish massage, which uses lighter pressure and smoother strokes.
