I proudly operate inside The Glow Up Aesthetics Bar located in Naugatuck, Connecticut — a beautiful space dedicated to healing, restoration, and transformation.

With 5 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist and 7 years as a Licensed Esthetician, I specialize in treatments that blend therapeutic care with luxury wellness. Hey everyone, I want to take a moment to talk about something that’s been gaining a lot of attention—and for good reason—CBD and its benefits for pain relief.

For those who may not know, CBD is a natural compound found in h**p that’s been shown to help reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, and support overall wellness without the high that comes with THC.
