🌟 Staff Spotlight: Kerry 🌟
Kerry is currently a Business Office Generalist at Midwest ENT, where she has had the pleasure of working for the past three years. She began her journey with the company in Medical Records and has grown into a broader administrative role that supports multiple aspects of office operations.

Beyond her expertise, her peers highlight her because from day one, she’s been incredibly welcoming and encouraging. Kerry’s positive attitude and willingness to help makes a big difference on the Midwest team! She’s always one of the first to offer assistance whenever one of her team members needs help or is in a bind. Kerry’s kindness and ability to show up for others does not go unnoticed and she is such a joy to work with!

Outside of work Kerry enjoys spending time with family, cooking, collecting stones, and keeping up a fun holiday tradition—watching Home Alone every Christmas Day without fail. She said It’s the little things that keep life joyful and balanced!

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Bonnie 🌟
Bonnie has been at Midwest ENT since April 2024 and works as a Business Office Generalist. She has an expansive background in insurance billing.

Beyond her expertise, her peers highlight her for being incredibly welcoming and supportive during transitions into new roles. Bonnie is always available to answer questions, helps problem-solve, or simply offer reassurance as peers learn new tasks. Her bubbly personality and positive, can-do attitude are truly refreshing and make coming to work more enjoyable. She is an absolute joy to work with, and we feel lucky to have her as a colleague!

Outside of work, Bonnie likes to read, paint, swim, go to the dog park, go to the gym, go hiking, and just being outside in general, exploring new things! She has a 5-year-old black lab, named Buddy and an 11-year-old black and white tuxedo cat, named Bug whom Bonnie loves dearly!

Amy has been at Midwest since 2006 and has had the opportunity to serve in various roles throughout the organization. Currently, she is a Business Office Generalist.

Beyond her expertise, she is consistently highlighted for being an incredible coworker and friend. Her willingness to help, her sharp problem-solving skills, and her unwavering work ethic make her an invaluable part of the Midwest team. She has a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping patients shine through in everything she does. She's truly a ray of sunshine in the workplace, and it's a joy to work and interact with her every day.

In her free time outside of work, she is a proud mom to an adventurous 7-year-old boy who definitely keeps her on her toes! Amy loves spending time with her husband, son, and loyal Chiweenie, Navi. When they are not outside soaking up the beautiful Minnesota weather, she enjoys reading, cooking, and tackling puzzles.

🌟 Staff Spotlight: Rebecca 🌟
Rebecca has been at Midwest since 2007, she began as a Patient Services Representative. In 2023 she moved into the business office as a business office generalist.

Beyond her expertise, Rebecca is know for from her peers as being one of the best co-workers a person could ask for. She has one of the most outstanding work ethics, has the kindest soul, and is always a reliable team player. Work life would simply not be the same without her! She 100% deserves a shoutout for all she has done for the company over the years!

Outside of work she is a dance mom of two beautiful daughters, and keeps busy going to competitions during dance season. Rebecca also enjoys running, hiking and being outside with her 8 year old Australian shepherd/lab mix, and spending time with her husband and kids!

Last week, members of the Midwest Hearing team participated in the Hearing Loss Resource Fair hosted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services in St. Paul.
