This young woman sustained a nasal fracture following an injury to her nose.  She underwent a procedure outside of our practice, to restore her breathing and return her nose back to the midline.  Unfortunately she had no improvement.  In addition to breathing issues she also developed external nasal deformity as a result of the injury.  She visited with Dr. Tolan to address her issues with breathing along with restoring her  nose to a more feminine appearance.  Over a year after undergoing a reconstructive rhinoplasty by Dr. Tolan she is breathing better through her nose and feels her nose is now more balanced with the rest of her face.  At Midwest Facial Plastic Surgery and Face Cosmetic Skin Care We Are The Experts of Natural.

This beautiful 30-year-old patient came to us hoping to refine her profile. Her goals were a more delicate nose that better complemented her facial features.
She’s now 5 months out from a rhinoplasty and a small chin implant with . Her nasal surgery focused on conservative dorsal reduction, the creation of a soft supratip break, and a slight increase in tip rotation and projection. The addition of a chin implant provided gentle enhancement to her lower face, helping create overall facial balance.
We love her gorgeous, natural result!
