Family owned and operated, White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has provided care to those needing short term rehabilitation or long term care since 1972. Located on the North Shore near the Nassau/Suffolk Border, White Oaks is situated on 11 acres of serene and picturesque grounds. Our 72 private and 64 semi-private two resident rooms are spacious and comfortable and have private bathrooms.

We’re teaming up with Caring People Home Care for an educational event on “Transitioning from Rehab to Home” — happening Tuesday, October 28th from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at White Oaks!

We had so much fun delivering pumpkins and hot cocoa☕ to all of our participants, it was the perfect way to kick off the fall festivities!🍁

🇩🇪✨ Cruise Club set sail for Germany! Residents “traveled” through Germany learning about its history, delicious food, top attractions, and the lively traditions of Oktoberfest! 🎉They enjoyed warm pretzels with mustard and cheese dip and of course a taste of German beer! 🥨🍺🎶 To top it off, our entertainer Ray stopped by on Wednesday to perform traditional German folk songs, which had everyone clapping and singing along! 👏🏼🎤

The White Oaks family was honored to attend the annual JimsDoll Foundation Inc. dinner tonight in support of the Alzheimer’s Association. Founded by Armando D’Accordo and his family, this incredible foundation holds a special place in our hearts. Both of Armando’s parents once called White Oaks their home and we continue to carry their memory in our hearts every day. Together, we remember, we honor, and we continue this journey toward a world without Alzheimer’s. 🕊️💜
