Family owned and operated, White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has provided care to those needing short term rehabilitation or long term care since 1972. Located on the North Shore near the Nassau/Suffolk Border, White Oaks is situated on 11 acres of serene and picturesque grounds. Our 72 private and 64 semi-private two resident rooms are spacious and comfortable and have private bathrooms.

Green filled the halls at White Oaks today as residents and staff showed off their St. Patrick’s Day spirit! ☘️💚 Everyone enjoyed entertainment by Hugh McNulty along with festive Shamrock Shakes, thanks to our Dietary team. Our staff had fun taking part in our Shamrock Scavenger Hunt and winning lucky prizes! 💰🌈

A day full of smiles, laughter, and Irish cheer—thank you to everyone who joined in the fun! 🍀✨

We had the absolute pleasure of welcoming the incredibly talented William Herbert this weekend! 🎶✨ A dedicated high school senior with dreams of making it to Broadway, William wowed our residents with performances on the guitar, piano and even surprised us with the bagpipes to kick off our St. Patrick’s Day celebrations! 🍀🎵

And today, he’s taking his talents to the NYC St. Patrick’s Day Parade! 🇮🇪 Thank you William, for sharing your passion and talent with us. We’re cheering you on and wish you all the best in your bright musical future! 🌟👏🏼

Russell is a dedicated member of our Dietary team who consistently goes above and beyond for both residents and coworkers. Known for his kindness and positive attitude, Russell always takes the time to brighten someone’s day. During our recent snowstorms, he even chose to stay overnight to ensure our residents continued receiving the care and service they deserve. We are so grateful to have Russell as part of the White Oaks family! 💚
