White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been family owned and operated since 1972.

The team at White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to the quality of life of our residents and assisting them to obtain their highest level of independence possible. Come see the difference in our experienced, trained, compassionate staff, and the highest level of interaction between staff, residents and families. Family owned and operated, White Oaks Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has provided care to those needing short term rehabilitation or long term care since 1972. Located on the North Shore near the Nassau/Suffolk Border, White Oaks is situated on 11 acres of serene and picturesque grounds. Our 72 private and 64 semi-private two resident rooms are spacious and comfortable and have private bathrooms.

✨ A Magical Night at White Oaks! ✨
Last night we kicked off the holiday season with our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Resident Choir Holiday Concert, and what a wonderful night it was!

Our residents shined, our choir filled the room with holiday cheer 🎶, and the tree lit up brighter than ever. 🌟🎄 The event was a huge success, and we are so grateful to everyone who came out to support our residents and celebrate their hard work.

From families and children to friends and community members — the joy, smiles, and togetherness made the evening truly special. ❤️

✨ Our 3rd Annual Thanksgiving Luncheon ✨
Today we gathered with our residents’ family members and friends for a beautiful celebration of gratitude. Everyone enjoyed a full Thanksgiving feast — turkey, ham, stuffing, mac and cheese, candied yams, pies, eggnog, apple cider, and so many more staple favorites — along with the laughter, connection, and memories that make this day so special. 🦃🍁🥧

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us.
And a huge shoutout to our incredible Recreation, Dietary, Nursing, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Administration team for the stunning setup, festive décor, delicious food and drinks, and all the helping hands that made today unforgettable. ❤️
