It’s a practical manufacturing approach that delivers precision while keeping tooling costs in check. Sometimes the best solution isn’t progressive tooling. This part begins as a 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫-𝐜𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐤, produced on our fiber lasers around the clock. From there, 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 that complete the component.

Our annual Super Bowl Select has become a fun and friendly tradition across the team, bringing a little extra excitement to the season while honoring the memory of former teammate Rich Mackey, whose spirit and camaraderie continue to be part of our culture.

Harvey Vogel Manufacturing was proud to also donate $500 to The Seratoma Foundation in his honor, supporting a cause that was meaningful to Rich and continuing the impact he made on those around him.

This week our team made time to connect with students at 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 and 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲.

From engineering and CNC programming to fabrication, automation, quality, and production leadership, we had great conversations about the many paths skilled manufacturing careers can offer.
