You don’t have to hurt like you do! Keep reading to find out how we can help…

Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is a gentle manual therapy treatment for relaxing muscles and mobilizing joints.

MET is an excellent technique to treat stiff joints, especially the sacroiliac joint, and excess muscle tension due to overuse or strain.

We also specialize in joint mobilization, which is a manual therapy technique used by trained therapists to relieve pain and improve range of motion by restoring normal movement of the joint. This technique is characterized by low-velocity movements which are comfortable and safe.It is most effective for conditions such as frozen shoulders, arthritis pain, stiff knees and hips, and ankle injuries but can be applied almost anywhere on the body.

It’s time to do something about the pain. Book your appointment now: https://solpt.org/

🌿 Maximizing Your Health Savings Account (HSA) Benefits for Cash Pay Physical Therapy 🌿

Are you considering cash pay physical therapy and wondering how to make the most of your Health Savings Account (HSA)? Look no further! Here's a guide to help you understand and optimize your HSA benefits for your wellness journey.

What is an HSA?
An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account available for individuals with high-deductible health plans (HDHPs). It allows you to save money for medical expenses, including physical therapy, tax-free.

Benefits of Using Your HSA for Cash Pay Physical Therapy:

1. Tax Savings: Contributions to your HSA are tax-deductible, reducing your taxable income.

2. Use It Anytime: Unlike Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), funds in an HSA roll over from year to year, allowing you to accumulate savings for future healthcare needs.

3. Pay for Qualified Expenses: You can use your HSA funds to pay for a wide range of qualified medical expenses, including physical therapy.

🌟 Why Choose Cash Pay Physical Therapy? 🌟

At Sol Physical Therapy and Wellness, we believe in providing the best care possible, which is why we've chosen to operate on a cash-pay basis. Here are some reasons why a cash pay clinic might be the right choice for you:

1️⃣ Quality Time with Your Therapist: With cash pay, appointments are longer, allowing for more one-on-one time with your therapist. This means personalized care tailored specifically to your needs, without the rush.
2️⃣ No Insurance Hassles: Say goodbye to endless paperwork and phone calls. Cash pay eliminates the need to deal with insurance companies, ensuring a streamlined and stress-free experience for you.
3️⃣ Focus on Wellness, Not Just Illness: Our approach is centered around holistic wellness, focusing on prevention and overall well-being, not just treating symptoms.
4️⃣ Transparent Pricing: With cash pay, there are no surprises. You know exactly what you're paying for, making it easier to budget for your healthcare needs.
5️⃣ Flexibility and Freedom: Cash pay clinics often offer more flexibility in scheduling and treatment options, giving you more control over your healthcare journey.
