We can follow our Muslim friends rituals of performing WUDU (See Image), where they wash part of their body five times a day for NAMAZ.

Follow below steps too:

1) Stay home when sick.
2) Cover coughs and sneezes.
3) Frequently wash hands with soap and water.
4) Repeatedly clean the touched surfaces.
