We’re excited to share that we are now in-network with most Medicaid plans, in addition to Medicare and most major commercial insurance plans.

This expansion allows us to better support individuals who have been seeking accessible, affirming mental health care. Our clinicians work with adolescents (15+) and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ identity, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

At Catalyst, we believe therapy should be thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in safety. Our team provides evidence-informed care and works intentionally to match clients with clinicians who fit their needs, goals, and level of care.

If you or someone you care about has been hoping to use Medicaid for therapy, we’re glad to offer this option.

We’re so proud of Dr. Jennifer S. Kennett, PhD, ACS, LMHC, who presented at the ACES Conference 2025 on “Raising the Bar: Ensuring Supervisor Competency through the Use of Standardized Assessment Instruments.”

Her presentation explored how supervision quality directly impacts the next generation of counselors—and how standardized tools can strengthen competency, consistency, and ethical growth in training programs.

At Catalyst Counseling, we’re committed to supporting both clinicians and emerging counselors through meaningful, evidence-informed supervision.

We’re holding our immigrant communities close in light of the recent announcement increasing H1B visa fees.

Immigrants bring extraordinary gifts to our neighborhoods—talent, resilience, culture, and heart. They are our coworkers, our clients, our friends, and our family. We’re grateful for all the ways they enrich our communities, and we stand in solidarity as these changes add new challenges.

💙 Thank you for all that you bring. You belong here.
