Welcome baby Theodore! Although having a hospital birth wasn’t plan A for this family, some risks came up prenatally where a hospital became the best place to meet their baby. His moms adjusted beautifully to the change of plans, and they received amazing support from the providers at Evergreen. Midwife Brit was even able to be with them to support them during their birth and immediate postpartum. We were so happy to be able to continue midwifery care with this family once they returned home from the hospital.
