⛳ Golf Conditioning Class — Coming February 9th!

Want to play better, feel stronger, and stay pain-free this golf season? Our Golf Conditioning Class is designed to help golfers of all skill levels prepare their bodies for the demands of the game.

In this one-hour class, our physical therapy team will cover:
✔️ Exercises to get your body golf-ready
✔️ Proper warm-up and cool-down techniques
✔️ Injury prevention strategies to keep you playing longer

Make Time to Stretch This Holiday Season!
Neck and shoulder tension hitting harder this time of year? You’re not alone! 😅🎁 A little stretching can help you feel better fast.

Try these two quick stretches anywhere:

🙆‍♀️ Chin Tuck (Neck Tension Relief)
Slide your head straight back (hello, double chin 😄). You’ll feel a light stretch behind your neck. Repeat 5 times.

💆‍♂️ Upper Trap Stretch (Shoulder Relief)
Let one arm hang and gently tilt your head to the side until you feel a stretch. Hold 20–30 seconds each side.

Join us for a fun, PT-led session focused on building strength, balance, and endurance to help improve performance and reduce the risk of injury this ski season.
