Heated exercise is like a hug for your nervous system! You may know the common benefits of hot yoga but did you know that hot yoga can:

🪷 Improve Vagal Tone: heat stimulates the vagus nerve which enhances the body’s ability to relax & recover

🪷 Reduce Sympathetic Overdrive: heat helps to balance your “fight or flight” response and in return, calms your body and mind

🪷 Supports Emotional Regulation: heat-induced relaxation reduces cortisol levels, helping to stabilize your mood
