I am a licensed psychotherapist in California. The content of this page is aimed to reach those who are interested in the process of self-development and spirituality. I also use this page to promote my online courses, Third I Workshops. The courses are inspired by the works of Carl Jung and their material are presented to fit the challenges we face as an individual, as well as a society, in an er

a where the social structure of communities are being transformed rapidly. There is no other time in the history of humanity than our time today where a transformation of consciousness is necessary to survive the psychological tolls of an unpredictable future. Our challenging times necessitate a thorough examination of our lives, and to make every effort to become whole and one through our shared collective unconscious, our sacred human psyche.

Do you know what Jung means by "Whole?"

“I would rather be whole than good.”

"You want to work more on improving your intuition, that is a great idea, yet we have to remind you that we have been working on that as well. This is a timely process as we unlearn old habits and learn new ones. The most important thing to remember is that your thinking process is highly mathematical and systematic. As we said before, this quality is helpful in many aspects of your life, and a liability when you are on a spiritual journey to discover your true self. You are not searching for your higher self in a physical world requiring calculations, planning, and a material manifestation of it. You are in a world of energetic activities and insight where your mathematical brain will do you little good. Therefore, you are in an ongoing internal conflict. You know you need to surrender, but you cannot stop thinking about the reliability of the path and the highest probability of you healing yourself. You are in a state of transition from materialistic “skills” to energetic skills. You must cross this bridge and come to “one” understanding that you are what you are seeking. You have shared that you know the cause of your physical issues is related to the psyche, to your thinking, feeling, and willing process. You also share that you have seen results by attending to your psyche. Yet, you remain skeptical and want to cover the other side too, in case you are mistaken! This, if true, is the opposite of surrender."

“Consciousness is the capacity of one to know itself. Federico Faggin, the renowned physicist who has been on a mission to unite physics with spirituality, said, “Consciousness is the capacity of one to know itself” and got me thinking. We are all conscious beings, and in fact, everything in this physical stimulation is conscious. So, I thought what he said was a great reminder to continue digging deeper to know who I truly am by going past my name, my gender, my persona, and how I appear publicly and learn more about my core being. Then the genius behind designing the first commercial microprocessor said, “Consciousness comes with free will, the capacity is there, but one still has to will to know oneself.” He said that back in the year 1990, he woke up in the middle of the night, drank a glass of water, and as he closed his eyes to go back to sleep, he felt and saw a huge burst of brilliant white energy leaving his heart chakra. He shared that this was not all, the presentation came with a feeling of exceptional love and peace that he had not experienced before. At that moment, he said, his entire world turned upside down, he knew who he was, one with the universe. He has dedicated his entire life since then to finding language to describe this experience that every being is capable of experiencing. What a magical way of using one’s free will.

I have had similar experiences and find it difficult as well to express the totality of them with words. Words belong to the physical world and they fail to convey the essence of a spiritual vision. I can recall and say, “The spirit showed me the archetypal image of a man with all its cells, organs, and parts exposed, and told me that this is the original man, Adam if you will, and every one of you is connected to it.” I could say that and add that I have been connecting to it to heal my body since then and you can too. But, in a time where the exercise of free will is rare and the willingness to surrender to outside authorities to restore our prosperity, who cares about the promotion of restoring one’s autonomy? I ask myself this question often and soon after, just before the doubt takes over, I get a call, “Hi, I read your book and I am wondering if you have any openings.” Then I remember, the capacity is there and the willingness will come in divine timing.

"Along the journey, we may experience mystical encounters that are unfamiliar to the Ego. These range from subtle signs and symbols from beyond to direct interactions with spirits and guides, often from benevolent sources and rarely from negative ones. Such contacts and communications were once common in many cultures and were deliberately practiced by shamans and healers to provide healing and safety for their communities. However, with the rise of the Industrial Revolution and the dominance of material sciences, these non-material practices, including clairvoyance, telepathy, remote viewing, remote healing, and altered states of consciousness, have been dismissed as superstitious and anti-scientific. This belief has led to the labeling of individuals who experience these phenomena as schizophrenic and to treatments such as injections, medication, and even electroshock therapy. Human abilities that were once considered powers have been reduced to weaknesses and diseases."

“Not nature, but the genius of mankind, has knotted the hangman's noose with which it can execute itself at any moment”

Jung's quote is a way of saying that humans have the power to create their own destruction. He believed that humans are bound to admire their scientific and inventive achievements, but that these achievements can also be dangerous.

Jung was a physician and author who believed that the meaning of life is to discover and fulfill one's unique purpose. He also thought that the psychological value of spiritual experience is important.

"In essence, Jung suggested that we are part flesh and part spirit, that the breath of God resides within us, and that mortal humans must recognize their souls to save themselves from the perils of a psychological breakdown. This approach is beautifully depicted in the Christian myth of Resurrection, which is described by Matthew, Luke, Mark, and John in their respective Gospels. In simple terms, they reveal that all mortal human beings are alive because the breath of God has been infused within them. However, at some point in their lives, they must undergo a symbolic death and transcend their physical being to be reborn as the spirit of God. Many other myths also convey this idea, suggesting that men and women must transcend their animal instincts to attain a higher level of consciousness, allowing them to live as spirits on Earth with the highest good of all in mind"

Please share your feedback with me, I would love to know your opinion about The Book!

"Your writing style is exceptionally crafted, which has resulted in a compelling and narratively engaging book filled with surprises and reflective of a high level of wisdom and professionalism. I deeply appreciate the depth of knowledge and expertise you bring to this subject matter and your ability to convey complex ideas in a manner that is accessible to a broad audience. Your book is an incredible resource, and I would highly recommend it to others who share an interest in this area. You always leave the door open for your readers to make up their own minds when criticizing certain elements such as psychiatry practices, giving medication to children for ADHD, or people being stuck in the matrix and pursuing materialistic goals. It is not dogmatic. Also, I must say that you should consider pursuing fiction writing because your life story was absolutely riveting." - S.M.
