Personal Care Optometry Dr. Lucas is 4th generation in this profession and has been practicing in the community since 1983.

Since 1983, Personal Care Optometry has offered quality vision care products and personalized optometric services to our patients in Woodland Hills and surrounding areas. He has a Bachelor of Science in both Biology and Optometric Sciences, and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry.
