Every relationship experiences moments of connection and disconnection. The key is how we respond to them. Instead of withdrawing or reacting negatively during disconnection, couples can strengthen their bond by turning toward each other with empathy and understanding.

Try pausing, listening, and acknowledging each other's feelings, this simple act can transform challenges into opportunities for deeper intimacy and connection.
