Partially furnished with room for your cabinets or other furniture. Suite has an in-suite bathroom and there are key-accessible bathrooms in the common areas. Suite also has kitchen with washer-dryer, refrigerator and microwave. Sublease includes space for own desk in our shared administrative office as well as use of shared reception area and reception desk. Rent includes light janitorial provided nightly (trash, bathroom cleaning and floor mopping). We share cost of additional cleaning twice per month. Assigned tenant parking in garage, free customer parking in building parking lot. Garage and parking lot are security gated after hours. Additional metered parking on street. Treatment room is available for use with patients Monday – Saturday with 24-hour access. Note: Suites are 24-hr accessible to tenants on Sundays also with use of gate clicker to open parking lot gate, and keys to the building. The building and gate are locked to the public on Sundays, but you are welcome to come in.
Sublease rent = $1,300/month + 1/3 of monthly office expenses. security deposit of $1,300.
