In my practice, I see adolescents, adults, couples, and families. My passion is working with individuals who are struggling with relationships, anxiety/depression, or simply wanting to gain more insight into themselves. I enjoy helping college, graduate students, and young professionals. I am very passionate about mental health for parents, especially new mothers, and helping them to navigate the difficult journey into parenthood. I strongly believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, and am privileged every time a client allows me to be a part of their self-exploration process.

The thing about therapy that I love so much is that every session is different. Every relationship between myself and my clients is different. But also, what each person brings into each session is different as well. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we cry. Sometimes we cuss. Sometimes we work on breaking generational trauma. And sometimes we just shoot the s**t. But always, the work we do in the room amazes me, and the courage I get to see on the couch across from me humbles me. (I think this goes without saying, but these are all photos of me- not actual clients 😂).

“Wait, mom…. Is that a rainbow?!” 🌈

I thought she was kidding! It’s a dry 90 degrees today, and certainly not what you typically think of as a “rainbow” type of day. What a beautiful reminder on Earth Day to stop and appreciate the beauty that’s around us every day 🌎🌱☀️🌈

A peak into my office. This is where courage, vulnerability, and healing happens. I am so honored every time a client allows me to be a part of that process with them.

Happy Halloween! Check out our latest episode of ‘Is It Bedtime Yet?’ available now! Halloween-time can be spooky and fun, but it's important to be mindful not to feed into the mental health stigma that can come along with it. 🎃
