Karaoke time! Singing is considered therapeutic for the positive impact on our physical and mental well-being. This means there is stress reduction, mood boost, and enhanced cognition, then the deep breathing and muscle engagement with that mic is a bonus! So sing more in private or public, it all counts.

Short getaways over the weekend lowers stress levels, especially when you’re with others who help create that peaceful environment in a beautiful setting. Solvang is a wonderful spot just a couple of hours outside of Los Angeles, a great place to visit when you need to unwind.
