I love to alternate movement variety like this in between days to between big like , , etc. which tend to be "blockier" movements in one direction mainly.

Some of the benefits I've noticed when playing :

Maintaining of the body as you move( ) through space in various positions, learning to use all of that hard earned in positions, being able to and from awkward positions with the best integrity, as well as creating a larger threshold for as our increases with our strength. By the way, a few of those points above, are what I would refer to as " training" also.
