Do you feel like this when the holiday season starts?
Are you stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted & feel there is not enough time to get everything done?
I have the strategies to not only get through this holiday season but to thrive with more energy, vitality, keeping consistent with your workouts & start 2023 with the momentum you have always wanted.
Every week I will give you strategies to do this, starting this Friday.

Be grateful who you are, there is not another person like you. We were all meant to shine, but sometimes we are to busy trying to be perfect. I have fallen in that trap and it just flattens me, keeps me stuck and afraid to do anything. I am grateful for who I am, what I have, an amazing husband, family & friends. Who could ask for anything more? Love and Peace

How many times have you said to yourself, I would really like to learn how to......the years go by & nothing happened. I have a challenge for you, make a list of all the things you would love to learn or try, list at least 40 things, cooking new foods, learning the guitar, learning a language, starting a veggie garden, reading a new book. Choose 4 items and try them for the month of June. Allow 10-20 minutes a day for each of the 4. Try these 4 things for a full 30 days.

There are 7 months to try new things. Just think if you tried only 1/2 of them you would have learned 12 new things or 28 if you did all 4 each month. You will find out that you really loved some of the things you've chosen or don't like it at all.

My list for June; 1. Signed up for a class on How to take your business virtually. 2. Read Limitless Jim Kwik and Permission to Feel Marc Brackett. 3. Learn home made pest control in my veggie garden. 4. Cook a 1 new recipe a week.
I am obsessed with keeping my brain healthy as well as my body. The more we use our brain the healthier it gets.

Happy Saturday, wishing you all good health, happiness & joy. How are you talking care of yourself? Exercising, eating healthy, getting enough sleep? You have the control of your body and how you treat it. Take good care of your body, mind & spirit, you only have one!

Instead of saying to ourselves "what's wrong with me". What if we could say to ourselves "what's right with me", or "what's the opportunity here".
