Well, my precious friends, today’s my birthday (37 😮), and I can’t help but give thanks to the Lord. I’m overwhelmed by His goodness—the love, mercy, kindness and forgiveness He’s shown me—and to all His children, is breathtaking. It’s an honor to be alive, to have you as family and friends, and to get to live another day to glorify His name. Thanks for your prayers, love, and support along the way. It means so much to Greg and I. Love you, all! Love you, Jesus!

Soooo, it’s already late July and most of us are knee deep in house projects or just enjoying ALL the summer activities. ☀️ New Year’s resolutions are far, far away and staying on top of your health game can be a challenge this time of year. 😣 If that’s you, I totally get it. 👋

But we don’t have to stay there! 🚀👉Here’s a few things that really help me to stay motivated in my health routine—even in mid summer:

🎯 Set a goal: I have a clear goal of exercising at least 4 days a week. I make myself do this—even if I don’t feel like it—because I know it’s good for me, and I’ll thank myself years down the road. 🙌 (🤠y’all, sometimes my workouts are only 10 minutes! Anything is better than nothing ❌)!

🎯 Focus on the goal: I have pictures that reflect my health goals on my vision board that I see every morning which keeps me motivated to keep moving! 🏋️‍♀️ Keep the future you in sight and keep taking small steps forward.

🎯 Ask God to help you every day! He will strengthen you and give you grace to keep pressing forward. Phil. 4:13
