🎉 Celebrating 14 Years of Freedom! Today I am celebrating 14 years of sobriety, and I just have to stop and give all the glory to Jesus. 🙌 There was a time I was trapped in addiction, depression, and destructive cycles. I felt hopeless, stuck, and empty, and I never thought freedom was possible. But Jesus met me in my brokenness. He healed my heart, restored my mind, and set me on a path of true freedom. If you are struggling with addiction—or bo***ge of any type—know this: Jesus can do the same for you. He came to set you free!

Your time is valuable! ⏳ “Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.” - Ephesians 5:16

You can redeem your time with small, consistent choices. Even just 30 minutes a day spent intentionally can transform you spirit, soul, and body.

Instead of reaching for the TV, pick up the Bible.
Instead of endless scrolling, move your body or meal prep.

💌 If you are waiting for your spouse, this is for you.

Waiting on the Lord for your future spouse can be hard. One moment you are believing and the next moment doubt creeps in. I remember the Lord speaking to my heart and saying, “Stop being double minded. Believe Me.” That moment changed everything for me. I want to encourage you today to keep believing. I asked you what your biggest struggle is when trying to live in your identity in Christ… and your answers were so real.

Here are the top themes I saw:
• feeling alone because friends/family don’t understand
• struggling with habits + comfort zones (and feeling like you don’t deserve good things)
• distractions stealing focus
• wanting consistency with Bible reading + prayer
• healing rejection and truly receiving God’s love

Patience, self-control, love, gentleness — they don’t come from striving… they come from the Holy Spirit working in us.

Tell Him where it hurts. Tell Him where you stopped believing.
