It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our dear friend and leader, Jamie “Jay” Mass, BSN, RN, Assistant Director of Nursing. Jay was the kind of nurse and leader who truly lived her calling—she loved her residents deeply and supported her staff with compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication.

Jay’s presence made a difference every single day. She led with her heart, inspired those around her, and left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her or being cared for by her.

Family and friends are invited to honor Jay’s life at a viewing on Friday, December 26th, from 1:00–2:00 PM at Mountain Memorial in Divide.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness, leadership, and love. Please keep her family, friends, residents, and coworkers in your thoughts during this difficult time.
