We're growing! Here is what you missed last night at The Harp and Drum Circle! Did I mention that ANYONE, can play the harp mistake free with NO practice! Sound like an angel. I'll provide the harp!
Each time there is a new "flavor" added when we come together in one-accord. Last week was a more "tribal" feel. Last night was a "sweet" atmosphere. If you missed it, there's next week Thursday 6-7. Harp & Drum Circle

Perhaps you don't feel comfortable doing yoga with the instructor with the perfect body. I have flab and rolls and it's okay because I love my body. This is a safe and easy-moderate 30 minute yoga that honors all the imperfections of us. We'll laugh, cry and enjoy eachother with a "different" kind meditation to the Psalms of David through House music my brother wrote in A=444 (healing tones). $10 or $20 (1 to 2, 30 minute classes weekly)

I know it's a bit "scary" to embark on something new. Right now the drum circle is a small intimate group from 4-10. It's free and is SO fun! Thursdays from 6-7.
