🩺⚕🚨Sports Physical Night🚨⚕🩺
Please use the link below to sign up for an appointment for our upcoming sports physical night.

All appointments will be honored first, with a brief walk-in time set for 7:45pm. For families with multiple student-athletes, please use separate time slots for each student. Parents/Guardians must be in attendance to participate and complete the appointment.

Cost: $25
Time: 6-8PM
Location: Woodland Park High School
Open to all families participating in sports at WPSD, 6th-12th Grade

In light of National Athletic Training Month, I want to say thank you to everyone that supports this profession in our school district. I also want to recognize our amazing Coaches in the WPSD community, the admin staff, our Athletic Director, our support staff, our WPHS Boosters, and our Athletics and District Custodial staff. It’s easy to come to work when you are surrounded by greatness and know that we are all here for our Student-Athletes. Great things continue to come for our Athletic program. Some days are tough, but always worth it, especially when you walk in your office to brand new furniture. Thank you to everyone!
I was able to repurpose our equipment to Mrs. Becker’s Sports Medicine class so they can continue learning in the classroom!

As culturally competent health care professionals, athletic trainers are equipped to prevent, diagnose and treat a variety of health issues, often providing necessary preemptive, emergency and lifesaving care for all.

There’s an AT for… sudden cardiac arrest. Sudden cardiac arrest is the number 1 cause of sudden death in sport; however, survivability is greater when an athletic trainer is able to provide immediate care.
