I get the "Why does my back always hurt?", question a lot. The question you should be asking is what am I doing to make my back hurt?

Regular adjustments help with pain however I cannot change what you do upon leaving my office. Have someone take pictures of you when you work or in your leisure time. This is a great way to see what positions your putting your body in throughout the day.

Low back and knee pain can actually be caused by dysfunction in the ankle🦶. Checking the entire chain from top to bottom helps my patients get relief no matter the complaint. Not to mention it feels like heaven to have your ankle range of motion back😌.

Colic Success!
So excited to share this littles story with you today. Baby had a very traumatic birth. Moms pelvis was too narrow for him to come out fully so even though he was on his way out the doctor decided it was best for him to be pushed back into mom's pelvis. He came out pretty beaten up and his little head was flat on one side. From birth on he has had colic. 13 weeks post partum, mom is desperate and willing to try anything. Lucky for her she made a wonderful choice by choosing chiropractic care for her infant. After our first session he was happy and stopped screaming in pain! Can't wait to hear how his week goes at his next visit.
