I accept insurance for therapy with many major insurance companies, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, CIGNA, Quest, Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Smart Health. For psycho-educational evaluations, I will provide a detailed superbill. Please check with your insurance provider to confirm whether out of network superbill is accepted for reimbursement.
