‼️Our automated prescription refill line is currently experiencing difficulties. If you need to place a refill, please press zero when you call, and we will work with you directly over the phone.

You can also bring in your prescription bottle with the prescription numbers on it to refill. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Wondering how to transfer your prescriptions to your local Hi-School Pharmacy? With many pharmacy locations closing their doors, we know this can be a stressful time, and we’re here to help make the transition as smooth as possible.

1) Gather the name, dosage, and prescription number of each medication, along with the address and phone number for the pharmacy. If the pharmacy you were set up through has officially closed, you can provide your doctor’s information and phone number to the pharmacist. (Your doctor can electronically send your prescriptions to us directly, and this is typically the fastest route. You can call them to request your prescriptions be sent via fax - Our fax number is 360-225-8586)

2) If you cannot reach your doctor’s office or prefer to talk to us directly, our prescription department’s phone number is 360-225-9475, and we can begin the transfer process. We will need to gather some additional personal and insurance information.

3) After gathering all information needed, our prescription department will submit the transfer and will let you know how long they expect the transfer process to take, given their current workload, staffing, and availability.
