🎥 Had an awesome shoot today with the guys from My Davis California— direct from Instagram! We gave them the grand tour of our pharmacy and got into some good conversations about history, community, and why we love being in Yolo County so much.

We get so busy with running a business that has grown so much over the years that you can forget how much magic is in this building. Every inch of this place has a story, a memory, a dream. We’re so fortunate to be its caretakers.

Thank you to My Davis for a wonderful afternoon.

Lack of PBM transparency and regulation is killing independent pharmacy.

Ten Acres Pharmacy in Sacramento will close after five years, citing a lack of reform for Pharmacy Benefit Managers as the main reason.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting our longtime friend Tom over at Capitol Pharmacy in West Sacramento. It’s always a joy to catch up with fellow community pharmacists who share the same passion for patient care and service despite the extreme pressures and challenges our industry faces.

As someone who’s been in pharmacy for 10 years now (I can’t believe that!), moments like these remind me just how grateful I am for the friendships and connections built along the way. I have fond memories of sharing stories with Tom in Vegas years ago over a wonderful meal at Emeril’s..who knew almost a decade later I’d be introducing him to our next generation.

Thank you, Tom, for the warm welcome and continued dedication to our shared mission!

🌟 Community Update from the HOST Team 🌟

This week, our Homeless Outreach Street Team (HOST) hit the streets of Woodland — not only continuing outreach efforts but also identifying and logging graffiti around town. These reports are now in the hands of our Community Enhancement Specialist, who will follow up to help keep our neighborhoods looking their best.

👍 Even better news: thanks to your reports, we’ve seen a decrease in graffiti over the past few weeks! Your involvement is making a real difference.
