Fire Up your fitness with Sunrise Shred in February! Join Mallory for 8 sessions of this small group strength training class designed for all fitness levels. If you’ve been looking to up your game in the weight room, this is a great way to kickstart your gym routine as we head into the new year! Classes are 5:15-6:00 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting February 3 - February 26. $50 for all classes or $15 drop in. Classes are limited to 10, so sign up soon by stopping in or calling the front desk at 530-662-4444. Members and non-members welcome!
