Natural Solutions really work! My family has allergies. My husbands is allergic to many foods while myself and two of our daughters are only allergic to a handful. The baby has yet to be tested. Due to our household allergies we always try to shop organic and stick to a healthy mostly whole food diet. We know that buying non-organic can sometimes not be avoided and that we cannot control everything our children are given to eat. We do not want to create a food stigma so we try to teach our children that when they have the choice, make the best one. With all the food things to worry about and not knowing what is in the flu shot or what prescription medication drugs have gluten coating etc. it can be overwhelimng and tough to stay on top of it all

Going with a more natural approach makes it easier to keep my family healthy. It does not get much simpler than that.
