The course will teach you how to:
● Solve problems and communicate effectively
● Take care of yourself and manage stress
● Support your loved one with compassion
● Find and use local support and services
● Handle a crisis
● Handle the impact of mental health conditions on an entire family

If you child is eligible for free or reduced meals at school, CalFresh, CalWORKS, or Medi-Cal, their SunBucks card should be coming soon. The envelope is pretty plain but will have the Sun Bucks logo, please keep an eye out for that envelope- the cards are loaded with $120 for groceries.

Woodland Public Library is having a baby rave!

Messy Maker Monday: Baby Rave edition! For ages 0-3. Enjoy electronic dance music remixes of classic children's songs, and dance, dance, DANCE! Feel free to bring your own flashlights, water bottles, and glow in the dark attire! Glow sticks provided.

Caution: There will be flashing lights and loud-ish music.
