Five Towns Premier emphasizes an interdisciplinary approach towards attaining quality outcomes for a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to, orthopedic injuries, CVA, SCI, Cardiopulmonary conditions, and Neurological disorders. Rehabilitation disciplines including Physical and Occupational Therapies, Speech-Language Pathology, Therapeutic Recreation, Social Services, and Nursing work together to achieve maximum independence for the residents they serve.
