I'm sitting with new symbols again. This is always the best part of learning something new. The integration and understanding that comes from deeply communing with the frequencies of the symbols is what helps me heal and allows me to better support my clients. This is the 4th type of Reiki I've learned and already some of my favorite energies to experience. I'd love to share these energies with you!

As we move through the dark part of the year, I'm reminded of the importance of honoring the seasons and how this one requires us to start slowing down. Sure, we must prepare for the coming winter, but the darkness invites us inside ourselves. For me, its meant getting quiet and disconnecting to a greater degree than I usually experience this time of year.

It's called to mind the first lines of a poem I memorized in high school, especially how much peace there is in silence.

Something has been coming. I've felt the ripples and seen the signs. Last night, it all came together in a surprising way. I know my current path now with so much clarity

I felt and saw because I accepted the invitation to get quiet. It came together perfectly because I didn't push. I'm in flow with the seasonal cycle and clarity is the evidence of that.

Have you slowed down and taken time to get quiet? Are you leaving room to feel the ripples and see the signs? Have you accepted the invitation?

Today the wheel completes its cycle and ushers us in to the dark part of the year.

It's widely known that Samhain is when the veil between worlds is thinnest and a time to connect with our ancestors.

What's not so widely known is it's also time to set our intentions for the year. What do we want to manifest? What steps do we need to take to assist that manifestation?

May your day be magickal.
May the wisdom of your ancestors find you.

❤️ Card Pull for the Collective ❤️

There's both feminine and masculine energies here and they're bookending this call to look deeply within and realize who we truly are. This is a reminder of how each of us is a powerhouse of gifts that we can tune into and impart to the world. Our gifts are different, but all of them are needed. While this prod in the direction of reflection is a gift in itself, it's the feminine and masculine that I'm drawn to.

The presence of these energies is full of hope. They're here, working together. This is the synergy that moves us forward as a whole. There's no competition, toxic masculinity, or damsel in distress. Bringing these two together is what creates a world of compassion and cooperation.

Instead of seeing how these can manifest in our outer world, this is our opportunity to bring them together in harmony within ourselves. No matter our gender, we have these energies and it takes awareness of self to see if we're leaning too much one way or the other. Maybe that harmony is the key to unlocking the gifts that dolphin is showing us.

If you find yourself treading rough water right now, take a look here, at your inner harmony, and see where you're leaning.

May we all find harmony within in and then shift it to the world around us.

When we're in session and deeply connected, so much comes through. I can see your spark. I can see how beautiful you are at soul level. I can see all of these beautiful pictures that convey the messages I share with you. I can see your guides and ancestors.

I wish I could bring you to that space so you could see how beautiful you really are. ❤️
