Courage is standing up for what you believe in without worrying about the opinions of others. It's following your own heart, living your own life, and settling for nothing less than the best for yourself.

Courage is daring to take a first step, a big leap, or a different path. It's attempting to do something that no one has done before and all others thought impossible.

Courage is keeping heart in the face of disappointment and looking at defeat not as an end but as a new beginning. It's believing that things will ultimately get better even as they get worse.

Courage is being responsible for your own actions and admitting your own mistakes without placing blame on others. It's relying not on others for your success, but on your own skills and efforts.

Courage is refusing to quit even when you're intimidated by impossibility. It's choosing a goal, sticking with it, and finding solutions to the problems.

Courage is thinking big, aiming high, and shooting far. It's taking a dream and doing anything, risking everything, and stopping at nothing to it make it a reality.

A New Year’s Manifesto Of The Soul

I accept all that has happened for me and all that I have created as part of a divine plan
I believe that everything that has occurred is for the good of myself and all those involved
I would not want to change even a moment of my history because it would mean I would not be the soul I am today
I do not strive to be perfect because the joy of the journey is living humanly
I will not condemn or loathe myself for the choices I made when I was still healing
When I did not know myself
I do believe the best is yet to come but I also now understand that I have to help create it
And that by best it may mean my plans will fall short of the divines
I will not keep apologizing for being myself
For taking the path I have
Because while each step was done in earnest
I acknowledge it doesn’t mean it was without pain to others
But I also now see that the weight of all our suffering is what we choose to participate within
Or what we believe we are unable to walk away from
I will promise to do my best from my heart and soul but I know that won’t be good enough for all and I’ve found peace within that
I will pray for those that judge me
And for those that love me
I will continue to close my eyes and open my heart trusting in the journey that unfolds in front of me
I will stop punishing myself with memories and wounds that keep me trapped in unworthiness
In not deserving all the beauty life and love has to offer
I will think the best and plan for success
Instead of the worst and failure
I will greet each day in love and truth
Enjoying everything with an audacity of happiness and bliss
But most of all I will show up as me
I will be myself
Because whatever that may mean
I Am
There are many New Years celebrated around the globe But this the doorway of space between the 31st and 1st is a manifestation of the physical act of choosing to walk into the future

Yo creo que dentro de mi yace una extraordinaria Mujer, y me comprometo a permitir que mi Luz se expanda por el mundo.

Yo creo que la fuente de mi poder y sabiduría está en el centro de mi ser, y me comprometo a actuar desde este lugar de fortaleza.

Yo creo que poseo pasión y potencial creativo en abundancia, y me comprometo a la expresión de estos dones.

Yo creo en dejar ir viejas ideas y actitudes insanas, y me comprometo a re-examinar lo que se me ha dicho sobre la belleza y a descartar aquello que insulta a mi Alma.

Yo creo que los pensamientos y palabras negativos comprometen mi bienestar, y me comprometo a pensar y hablar en positivo sobre mi misma y sobre los demás,
