Today is not just a New Moon… it’s what’s called a Black Moon. A Black Moon happens when there are two New Moons in the same month, or an extra New Moon in a season. It’s rare. It’s powerful. It’s a cosmic reset button, inviting us to release what no longer serves and begin again.

Think of it like the darkest part of the night before the dawn. The sky is completely empty, but that emptiness is possibility. It’s the wide-open silence where something new can begin to stir.

The Black Moon carries extra energy. It asks us not only to set intentions, but to clear away everything that weighs us down… old habits, mental clutter, heavy emotions, even physical things we no longer need. It’s a decluttering of the mind, body and soul!

The universe telling you to make space, because something new is ready to grow. 🌕

About five weeks ago I tweaked my back, and with that I was very limited in my movements. In the moment, I was frustrated.

But now, looking back, I see it differently. My mind had been racing, refusing to slow down, so my body stepped in and whispered, “I’ll help you get there.”

This forced slowdown has been a gift! I’ve spent more time outside, touched the water more, been more intentional with family and friends. I’ve realized I’ve been living in fight or flight, and you simply can’t keep pushing like that forever.

Today was the first time since the beginning of July that I’ve been able to do crow pose. It felt like a small victory today with my body saying, “Okay, you finally quieted your mind, now we can get back to the things that bring you joy.”

Being intentional with my movements, with the people I surround myself with, and with how I spend my time… that’s what this season is teaching me.

Sometimes, when we don’t listen, the universe gives us no choice. ❤️

I am at a point where I’m not accepting new clients in my regularly scheduled openings. At this point, I can't even fit all the clients who want to be regular clients into my schedule! 🙈 I don't know how to fix that because there is only one me, and as you all know, my family life comes before my work life. I am so grateful I get to choose to do that. 🤍🙌

If I have cancellations or pop-ups, those will open on my website, and I will accept new clients for those spots.

If you have a gift certificate you have been trying to use with me, feel free to text or email me, and we can try to find something that will work.
