β€’ Register on Mindbody at least one hour before class so we can notify you in case of cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen reasons. Classes require at least two students signed up an hour in advance to proceed.
β€’ Sign up early! Some classes have been reaching capacity.
β€’ Mindbody has the most up-to-date schedule (not this monthly calendar πŸ—“).
β€’ Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class. Studio doors will open 15 minutes before class. Teachers need time to open and prepare the studio for class. The studio doors are locked at the start of class.

⏳ Need to cancel? Please do so at least 6 hours before class to avoid losing a session. If an urgent situation arises, contact us directly.
