hello everybody!!
i am taking a couple on days off June 27th thru June 30th.
please come join these great instructors that will be covering my classes.
Thursday 4:45 pm Core and restore with Madi Cooper
Saturday 10:30 am soft flow and restore this is Kim Doty's weekend on the rotation.
Sunday you get a double shot of Kara Komarnitsky
7:15 am Vinyasa flow
8:30 am Yin
I absolutely adore these three Ladies please come support them! you will be so glad that you did!

Thursday afternoon at 4:45 for core and restore.
Friday morning 6:00 am for Power vinyasa.
Saturday morning 10:30 am for Soft flow and restore.
Sunday morning TWICE!
7:15 am vinyasa flow
and 8:30 for Yin
