What's your take on this? Is s*x education in kindergarten appropriate?
"All young people around the globe need to have medically accurate, age-appropriate, affirming, and honest s*x education!" - Advocates for Youth

Kindergarten may sound too young for s*x education. But a study by two Montclair State University public health professors, Eva Goldfarb and Lisa Lieberman, have found that starting s*x education early can help prevent child s*x abuse and improve their relationships later in life. They joined LX New...

S*x education is not one size fits all, it must be tailored specifically to the needs of its audience, aka culturally competent. Yes, there are stats, themes, and info that everyone should be taught, but our relationships with our bodies are products of the culture in which they are formed. “Default” s*x ed that does not take into account culture and difference will disproportionately harm marginalized communities.

How someone looks like they’re doing on social media isn’t necessarily how they’re doing in real life. Being vulnerable on the internet is scary and you don’t have to broadcast your bad days if you don’t want to. But keep in mind that other people feel the same way and if they aren’t sharing their struggles, it doesn’t mean they don’t have any.

Everyone deserves to make their own decisions about their bodies and to live in a world that doesn’t limit the possibilities to two small boxes on opposite ends of a spectrum when there is so much truth and beauty in between.

Family gatherings can sometimes lead to uncomfortable questions like “when are you having kids?” Not everyone wants kids and that’s okay! This line of questioning can be particularly insensitive for people who are struggling with infertility or for people in same s*x relationships facing discrimination from adoption agencies. You don’t have to justify your reproductive decisions to anyone.
