We’ve all heard it takes 21 days to form a habit. But, how we do even start day one to begin with?
The best thing to do first is make it easy!
For instance, if you want to workout in the morning, lay out your workout clothes and shoes the night before. That way when you see them, it’s a tiny bit easier to slip them on.
AND, maybe your goal isn’t even to get the workout going at first, but just get the workout clothes on! Then, maybe you can think about adding some extra movement to that.
Above all, always be patient with yourself. Every little bit counts.
